HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP FAQ:

Q: How can I get delivery if I don't live in North Vancouver?
Good question! We will be offering pick up from the School on December 14 & 15. If you cannot make this or have multiple order(s) please email the pac to make alternate arrangements.

Q: Can I make product substitutions?

The straight answer is no, you can't. This event is purely fuelled by parent volunteers and we do not have the resources to take custom orders. You are welcome to think 'outside of the gift box' (look what we just did there...haha) and re-wrap products in a way that works for you or the person you are gifting to. If you want more of a particular product you can contact our vendors directly.

Q: Are volunteers adhering to Covid Precautions?

Yes, all of our volunteers are adhering to Covid precautions as recommended by the BCCDC  when packaging and handing out the gift boxes and kits.

covid-19.bccdc.ca/

Q: What size is the gift box? Does it come wrapped? Should I store them a special way?

The eco-friendly wrapped gift boxes measure approximately 12" by 12" by 3" and will come in kraft cardboard that is made from post consumer recycled cardboard and is also sourced from a local company, ibox. Each box will be labelled with a coordinating logo and wrapped in a satin ribbon that can easily be removed (when needed).

The kraft paper kit bag stands 10" tall (not including handles) and will be labelled with a coordinating logo.

The gifts are ready to be placed under the tree or gifted as is with tissue and additional wrapping of merchandise inside.

***Please store the boxes flat and not on their side so not to shift the products. Please store the bags standing up. Store away from a direct heat source so not to melt the chocolate or beeswax.

Q: What is the Sherwood Park PAC doing with the funds raised?

Sherwood Park PAC is focusing on raising funds for outdoor classroom supplies and technology that can promote and support classroom learning in the outdoors. Fresh air is safer air for our kids and Sherwood Park PAC is all about the kids!

In addition to new endeavours, the Sherwood PAC has the usual school bills to pay like technology maintenance, and related learning initiatives to better support students and teachers that we budget for each and every school year.

With Community in mind, some of the funds will be donated to the Food Bank and a contribution will be make to the Sherwood Care Fund which supports a struggling Sherwood family as selected by our Principal.
